For over 12 years, Huntingfield Estates has proudly served the local property market, selling everything from castles to cottage. We are a dedicated, all-female team with over 70 years of combined experience in estate agency. Each of us brings a wealth of knowledge, a love of rural life, and a shared commitment to supporting our clients with honesty, care, and professionalism. Whether it’s a cosy cottage, a farmhouse with land, or a unique country retreat, we understand what makes these properties special — and how to match them with the right buyers.

Meet the team
Having grown up near Framlingham, Kate has a deep appreciation for Suffolk’s charm. With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, she is known for her approachable, honest style and a deep understanding of the local market. Outside of work, Kate is kept busy with her husband, three growing boys and dog.
With over 30 years of experience living and working in Suffolk, Janet has held various roles across the property industry and has a strong sense of what appeals to buyers. Outside of work, Janet loves a long walk on a Suffolk beach and spending time with family.
Donna has years of property experience and has been with Huntingfield Estates since the doors opened in 2013. Donna is a fantastic people person and negotiator. Donna is qualified with the NAEA. Outside of work she enjoys tennis, walking, cycling and generally being in the wide open spaces of Suffolk.
Charlie joined the team in 2021 and has a myriad of experience in all different genres. Living in Framlingham, Charlie is a popular face to the locals and always has a welcoming smile. Out of work she enjoys time on the water.
