Our history
Come in and meet our experienced, all-female team (along with our friendly floorplan man!) on Market Hill in Framlingham. As committed, honest professionals, you can be assured we’ll really go the extra mile, for example: carrying out viewings or appraisals out of hours where required, whenever possible. We know not everyone leads a “9-5” life.
Moving home can be very emotive so we aim to make the process as stress free as possible for our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality service to house hunters looking in the stunning areas surrounding Framlingham and across Suffolk.
Growing up in Huntingfield some 50 years ago the proprietor has local knowledge which is key in providing the greatest quality of service. Our business is not just about property however, it is about people. To give back, we donate to a Clic Sargeant which is a children’s cancer charity after every sale and a local charity, monthly, called Hour Community in Framlingham, which is doing amazing work.
Meet the team
Becky started out in London as a junior negotiator many moons ago, then worked for solicitors in conveyancing departments so understands the complete procedure of buying and selling. She then took all her Estate Agency Exams to become a certified member of the National Association of Estate Agents NAEA/PropertyMark. Having run a successful branch in Bungay for an independent agency for three years she decided to open her own agency back in 2013.
Whilst in Bungay Donna met up with Becky and they have been a complimentary team ever since the doors opened back in 2013. Donna has plenty of experience and is a fantastic people person and negotiator. Donna is now qualified with the NAEA. Out of work she enjoys tennis, walking, cycling and generally being in the wide open spaces of Suffolk.
Charlie is our newest member of our team and she has a myriad of experience in all different genres. She is currently studying to take her NAEA exams so that we will all be fully qualified. Out of work she enjoys time on the water.
Banjo is the company mascot who is a three year old cockapoo who loves to come into the office and our clients love him. He likes to travel in the tuk tuk.
